CURRICULUM

This three-week series explores what it truly means to live with gratitude. In Thanks for Everything!, we learn to thank God for who He is, thank God for others, and celebrate His goodness in every season. It fits beautifully in November, around Thanksgiving, as it shifts our focus from momentary blessings to the unchanging faithfulness of God. This series helps center our hearts on daily gratitude—turning thanksgiving into a way of life.
Keys to Thankfulness is a message built around Paul’s words in 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18: “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances.” Written to a church facing hardship, Paul’s encouragement shows that gratitude isn’t reserved for easy seasons—it’s a way to stay rooted in God’s presence through every circumstance. This message invites us to unlock joy through rejoicing, peace through prayer, and strength through gratitude, reminding us that thankfulness grows when we choose to trust God right where we are.

This series on Psalms highlights the power of authentic worship. It fits beautifully in November, around Thanksgiving, because the Psalms remind us that gratitude isn’t limited to easy seasons. They teach us to give thanks and lift up praise in every circumstance—whether in joy or in challenge—because God is always worthy of worship. This makes the series a timely way to center our hearts on true thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on God’s goodness, and the miracles of Jesus highlight just how powerfully He provides, protects, and transforms. Each story in Mark reminds us to be grateful—not only for what Jesus has done in the past, but also for how He is moving in our lives today. As your church studies these miracles, they will be challenged to thank God for His healing, His peace in the storms, His provision, and His presence with us in every season.

Thanksgiving is a season when gratitude naturally comes to the surface, and prayer is one of the best ways to express it. This series helps your church see prayer not just as asking God for things, but as a rhythm of thanksgiving, trust, and worship. As we study how to pray, the many ways to pray, and why we pray, your congregation will be reminded that every conversation with God is an opportunity to thank Him, rely on Him, and experience His presence.
