Free Bible Study on Zechariah

HERE IS A FREE BIBLE STUDY ON Zechariah FOR YOUR YOUTH GROUP!

This free Bible study on Zechariah studies Zechariah’s prophecy for the downcast Israelites to teach us how we can have hope despite horrible circumstances.

HERE IS HOW THIS FREE BIBLE STUDY ON Zechariah BREAKS DOWN:
HOPE OCCURS GRADUALLY AND UNEXPECTEDLY

An Old Testament prophet named Zechariah heard from God in his dreams. His prophetic book contains a series of vivid dreams, called oracles. These weren’t just strange dreams; they were God-given visions about the future of God’s people.

Zechariah experienced these dreams during a time when Israel’s situation looked like a nightmare. They planned to rebuild their city and plant roots for generations to come, but reality smacked them in the face. Israel’s homeland looked like a scene from a horror movie. Their crops were dying, their economy was crashing, and their confidence was diminishing. They desperately needed a glimmer of hope, which is why God sent a series of visions to Zechariah. During one of his last visions, the prophet offers a reason to rejoice despite a city in ruins.
Scripture: Zechariah 9:9
