Women in the Workplace

To be a woman in the workplace is to reimagine your role, your purpose, and your calling over and over again — expectations shift, opportunities open and close, and the path rarely looks like she imagined. This message names that reality and answers it with redemptive vocational imagination: dreaming with Jesus about your calling in every new season. Walking through Joseph’s three great transitions — beloved son to slave, trusted servant to prisoner, prisoner to second-in-command of Egypt (Genesis 37, 39, 41) — it reveals the pattern that changes everything: “the Lord was with Joseph,” and influence followed nearness, not control. The message lands with specific words for women early in their careers, in leadership, re-entering the workforce, mourning a setback, or navigating a pivot, and closes with a guest testimony and prayer over the women of the church. Men: pay attention too — the women in your life will feel seen in a way they probably haven’t before.
