Pastoral support
We are honored to provide free pastoral support to any ministry leader seeking Biblical support and guidance. Topics of conversation often include challenges in life, church leadership, marriages, and families, but there is no topic too minor or too major for us to discuss. Pastors of any ministry, denomination, and nationality are invited to participate. Our pastors approach every conversation prayerfully with Biblically sound theology from a nondenominational perspective.

Meet pastor terry bennett

As our Community Pastor, Terry helps pastors get connected so we all feel known and cared for. After 25 years of ministry, Terry Bennett, affectionately known as Ptb, ministers the Gospel with a passion for the lost to see the hope of God's calling upon their lives. Out of a broken family and a broken life, God has positioned him as a leader to build people up and cause them to win.
He and his wife, Pastor Cheryl, believe their assignment is to bring people to the victorious place in Christ Jesus. They stand on 2 Cor. 5:17 being "a new creation," and that the God they serve will do more than they could "ever ask, think or imagine..." (Eph. 3:20). Their years of full-time ministry have been built on "Loving God, His church, and His people," in the various pastoral roles of church planting, membership, and leadership.
Presently, Terry and Cheryl get to serve as Associate Pastors at The Rock in Huntsville, AL where they oversee the Formations ministry and several departments that grow people in their faith and the knowledge of Jesus Christ. But their favorite ministry of all is their children, grandchildren, and their family.

Pastor Matt is one of our Pastor Circle leaders and serves as our Support Pastor, offering one-on-one calls to encourage and equip pastors like you. He has faithfully served in family ministry, gained hands-on experience with church planting, and developed a heart for walking alongside pastors in every season of ministry.
What sets Matt apart is his ability to listen well and create space for open, honest conversations. Whether you’re facing complex leadership challenges or simply want to talk through everyday ministry questions, he provides both understanding and practical guidance.
Matt currently serves pastors in a parachurch ministry while enjoying life with his wife and their two teenage children.
