Most Christians know the Romans Road — Jesus died for my sins, and someday I’ll go to heaven — but get fuzzy about everything in between. That gap leaves us feeling like the church age is a pointless grind while we wait for the second coming. This message walks the full arc of God’s story: Creation, the fall, Jesus defeating death and taking dominion back, Pentecost — and the moment we live in now, what George Eldon Ladd called “the already but not yet,” where heaven and earth overlap again. It reveals the church’s calling to be a “working model of heaven” (Ephesians 2:19-22), your personal calling as an agent of renewal (2 Corinthians 5:20), and Jesus’ own model of announcing and demonstrating the Kingdom — so Monday stops being a drag and becomes a mission.
